The company is run by a team of highly qualified, dynamic and experienced Kenyan experts in their respective professional fields, which is committed to the provision of on-target, high quality, innovative and cost-effective research and consulting services to the satisfaction of company clients using creative and up-to-date approaches, methodologies and techniques.

Individually, and as applicable and as required, the consultants are duly registered and affiliated with relevant local and international professional bodies.

YEARS IN BUSINESS

KENBRA Limited has a wealth of experience for over fifteen (15) years in job evaluation, salary surveys, employee satisfaction and work environment surveys and review and development of HR policy manuals for public, private and NGO’S organizations at national, regional and international level. Kenbra limited has experienced and seasoned consultants who possess special technique of designing high leverage tools that will be linked to the mandate of the client in alignment with strategic goals and objectives. The Intervention plan that we develop are based on a systematic approach that will include needs assessment, consideration of employee’s competence requirements, design of the implementation plan as well as cost-benefit analysis. This ensures that the intervention plan is fully integrated with corporate strategy in addressing business needs by designing appropriate interventions that provide multiple growth opportunities for employees with right and necessary competencies.

            GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

Kenbra Limited is owned and managed by Directors consisting of two founding directors who are responsible for overall policy direction of the company. However, the day-to-day operations of the company and the execution of the Board’s policy decisions are overseen by the Team Leader, who is also responsible for strategic leadership and quality control.  Kenbra Limited research and consulting services are executed by Principal Consultants and Consultants, who constitute the company’s core research and consulting team.

Dr. Kennedy Mulunda, PhD

Dr. Mulunda holds a PhD in Human Resource Management, Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Education.  He also holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Quality Management systems as a lead Auditor. He has a wealth of experience in providing corporate leadership in all aspects of corporate functions, which include management of executive development of strategies, and management of Training and development function.  Dr. Mulunda is a lead facilitator in Training needs assessment, strategic Management and corporate governance, corporate culture, leading change and change management initiatives.  He is a labour Expert in employee relations/industrial relations issues, Labour laws and International Labour organizations conventions. Dr. Mulunda has held senior management positions at Teachers Service Commision, Huduma Kenya, Kenya Airways, Kenya wine Agencies Limited and Nzoia Sugar Company

Bramwel Simiyu Mbirira

Bramwel holds Master of Business Administration-MBA (Strategic Management), Bachelor of Arts (BA); Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management (HND HRM)-KNEC. Bramwel has a wealth of experience in the provision of leadership and management of human resources. He has held a senior management at Kenya Commercial Bank and Nzoia Sugar Company. Bramwel is grounded in employee relations, policy review and development, performance management framework, organizational culture, learning and development, employee resourcing and HR shared services. He is a labour Expert in employee relations/industrial relations issues, Labour laws and International Labour organizations conventions.
